Dr. Ruchi Kukreja is Board Certified family physician with fellowship in Integrative
Medicine from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She has also completed
Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) teacher’s training with Brown University in 2023 and is a Qualified MBSR instructor.
She is Integrative Family Medicine Physician at the Bucks County Center for Integrative Medicine (BCIM) in Doylestown, PA and MBSR program instructor at the Center for Mindfulness, Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN). Prior to moving into Integrative medicine, she worked as a family physician with Jefferson Health and Temple University, School of medicine. She believes in a ‘whole health’ approach to health and healing. She has a passion for empowering patients with tools for health optimization and wellness and strongly believes in the immense transformative power of mindfulness in human healing.
