She was running triathlons and half marathons, working in healthcare, and still gaining weight every year. Her doctor told her it was just her age. She said no, trusted her gut, and found a different path.
Sabrina is a registered nurse and clinic supervisor who has been with the Powerhouse Academy for a year. Six months into the program her house caught fire. She almost stopped. She did not and she says having the structure is what held her together through one of the hardest seasons of her life.
