She had tried a trainer for two to three years, Weight Watchers, tracking apps, and six week challenges. Every single time she made progress and fell right back. When she reached out she was already considering medication - not because she wanted a quick fix but because she genuinely could not see another option left.

Loretta is a surgical podiatrist and mom of two from Brooklyn who is three months into the Powerhouse Academy and giving interviews about how her life has changed. This is her story.
