I share my personal journey of coming back to myself through art.

 

At a time in my life when I was caring for everyone else and ignoring my own needs, my body began to speak through physical symptoms and guiding me inward.

 

Through slowing down, listening, and creating, I began to reconnect with a deeper part of myself.

 

This episode is an invitation to begin that journey for yourself.

Grab a piece of paper and something to create with

Ask yourself: “How do I feel right now?”

Let your hand respond instead of your mind

No judgment. No pressure. Just expression

 

When you’re finished, pause and simply witness what you created.
