On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by award-winning Chef Michael Mignano, Executive Chef and Culinary Director at The Pierre · New York, a Taj Hotel. Chef Michael has worked in some of New York’s finest establishments – from Bouley to Aureole to Balthazar and became the youngest Executive Pastry Chef at the Four Seasons. He has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show and The Food Network, winning The Rooftop Challenge after beating 29 other leading chefs in the running. Chef Michael ventured out on his own to open a few of his own establishments, offering whimsical and delightful, sweet creations and dishes before returning to The Pierre.
