Chef Lance is a regular contributor to various publications and has an impressive following on his Fijian Food Safari Facebook page where he is able to reach a broad audience, helping Fijian restaurants, resorts and people honor their culture through cuisine. He is the Culinary Ambassador for Fiji Airlines, Brand Ambassador for Fiji’s Ministry of Industry & Trade for the “Fiji Grown” campaign and is the Honorary Culinary Advisor to the Fiji Olympic Team.
