On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by Thierry Beaud, award-winning restaurateur and owner of TITOU Hospitality in Palm Beach, Florida. Born in Bordeaux, France and raised in Marseilles and Paris, Thierry got an MBA in Bordeaux and studied at UCLA. From there he made his way to Miami where he began an import business for fine French food. Ultimately, he ended up in Palm Beach, creating a proven track record in restaurant management with well-known establishments, Flagler’s Steakhouse and Café L’Europe, before venturing out on his own. Today he runs a slate of well-established and successful, award-winning restaurants.
