On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by Chef Sebastian Gallucci, owner of award-winning Seba’s Restaurant in Uvita, Costa Rica. A Canadian citizen of Italian-Argentine heritage, Seba began his career with the Royal Bank of Canada, but quickly learned that his passion lay in cooking as opposed to the financial world. His culinary journey has taken him from an Argentine food truck and restaurant in Canada to a bed and breakfast and private dining in Costa Rica and now currently he bakes pizza pies in the jungle at his restaurant Seba’s which was recently awarded the the Number 1 Pizzeria in Costa Rica by 50 Top Pizza.
