His journey has taken him from the discipline of the French Navy’s Aviation Corps to the artistry of the Ferrandi Paris Culinary College, and on to leadership roles at legendary fashion and beauty houses including Lagerfeld, Caron, Courrèges, and Patou, where he served as CEO. Today he and his wife, Elisabeth, have achieved their lifelong dream through Olbia, with a mission to preserve traditional craftsmanship and the authentic taste of the region, using natural methods. Olbia jams are sold in over 300 of the best food stores in France, Europe and across the United States.
