Wolfgang began cooking alongside his mother in Austria before training in some of Europe's most renowned restaurants. After moving to the United States, he founded Spago in 1982, launching what would become one of the world's most influential culinary empires. 

Today, his son Byron leads the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, Wolfgang Puck Catering, and Wolfgang Puck Worldwide. Having started as a dishwasher at Spago before studying hospitality at Cornell University and training in acclaimed kitchens around the world, Byron brings a deep respect for his father's legacy while guiding the brand into its next chapter.
