Carrie Woodcock
Over fifteen years ago I began my career in the health and wellness industry. I started out as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, but gradually realized that my calling was helping people in a more holistic and personal way. I founded Total Transformation in 2013, initially offering life coaching and personal training services. However, as I dove deeper into the industry I expanded my approach to encompass mental well-being, nutrition, and overall life balance. And recently I became a National Board Certified Health and Wellness coach, and published Foundations, a program aimed at guiding people to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Today, my business is more than just fitness—it’s a complete wellness transformation. With a focus on mind, body, and spirit, I combine my expertise in physical health with mental and emotional well-being, helping clients navigate all aspects of their lives.
