Join Big Bros, Jeremy Tusia and Ilan Volchek, as they offer a refreshing and relatable outlook on all topics, juicy, fun, and philosophical drawing on their experiences as two young adults.

Gerard Healy is an AFL legend who played for the Melbourne Football Club and the Sydney Swans, won the 1988 Brownlow Medal, and was later selected in the Sydney Swans Team of the Century. He has since become one of the most enduring figures in Australian football through a long broadcasting career across Seven, 3AW, Fox Footy and now SEN, helping shape the way the game is understood both on and off the field. Although Gerard Healy is widely respected for his contribution to the AFL landscape, he has also gained enormous admiration within the Australian Jewish community for the clarity and courage of his recent commentary and advocacy, speaking openly against antisemitism and standing publicly with Jewish Australians.
Join Big Bros, Jeremy and Ilan, as they sit down with Gerard Healy for a powerful conversation about why he has chosen to use his voice and platform to advocate so strongly for Jewish Australians. Expect to learn why Gerard put his name alongside more than 60 Australian sporting figures calling for a royal commission into antisemitism, why he believes antisemitism has been allowed to fester over recent years, whether most Australians are still oblivious to the real threats and dangers Jewish people have faced, Gerard’s true thoughts on the AFL omitting any direct reference to Jewish people during its Bondi terror attack tribute, why standing against injustice feels personal to him, what he believes the AFL must actually do to stamp out antisemitism, how he felt receiving the Anti-Defamation Commission’s Medal of Honour for Courage Against Hate, what he sees as the broader consequences of antisemitism for Australian society, and much more!
