In this episode, I share my personal journey of overcoming binge eating as a fitness trainer — not through more willpower or another restrictive diet, but by learning how to regulate my central nervous system (CNS).
Binge eating isn’t a discipline problem — it’s a nervous system problem. When stress, fatigue, and overwhelm put the body in fight or flight mode, cravings skyrocket and food becomes a way to self-soothe.
