Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
We’re almost at the end of 2023, which means it’s the perfect time to reflect on the year we’ve had.
I’ve had a year of ups and downs, both in business and in my personal life, but it has brought about some important learnings that I want to share with you today.
In this episode, I’ll share my learnings and experiences, including:
- The importance of keeping track of finances and not taking your eyes off the numbers
- Learning to let go of control and trust staff to manage the practice during a holiday
- Transitioning contractors to employees and the benefits of an employee model
- Getting my clinicians to contribute to social media
- Focusing more on self-care and replenishing my energy
