4. Reflections for 2023 – Things I’ve Learnt and Experienced in 2023

We’re almost at the end of 2023, which means it’s the perfect time to reflect on the year we’ve had.

I’ve had a year of ups and downs, both in business and in my personal life, but it has brought about some important learnings that I want to share with you today.

In this episode, I’ll share my learnings and experiences, including:

• The importance of keeping track of finances and not taking your eyes off the numbers
• Learning to let go of control and trust staff to manage the practice during a holiday
• Transitioning contractors to employees and the benefits of an employee model
• Getting my clinicians to contribute to social media
• Focusing more on self-care and replenishing my energy
