I’m Kerstin Anderson-Ridge 👋 I’m a clinical and counselling psychologist and I’ve been in practice for 20-something years.

In the last 5 years, I’ve moved into being a group practice owner and have been mentoring other psychologists to start their practices or expand from being solo into a group practice. This can look as large as you’d like, or it may just be transitioning from solo to having 1-2 employees or contractors.
