8. Contractors or Employees: Which is Best For Your Practice?

When you have more referrals than you can cope with, you might decide that it’s time to expand your practice. But how do you decide whether to take on an employee or a contractor?

Throughout my time as a practice owner, I have had both, so in this episode I’m sharing with you the difference between them so that you can work out which one is best for your practice.
