Today’s episode is inspired by my recent travels. I made an Instagram story before we left giving information about what stuff I bring in my travel pack and what I use it for. I figured I share with you all my 3 tips on how to add rehab into your travel, that doesn’t have to involve going to the gym. When I travel I may not always make my way into the gym but I do some mobility and rehab on the floor of my room or maybe on the balcony over looking the beach, where ever feels good to you. Tune into this episode as we talk about 3 tips to help you add your rehab into your travel.
