Today’s episode is inspired by a conversation that I had with Coach Hanni that started on instagram. We both have helped new moms along their postpartum journey whether that was nutrition and hormone advice or movement and pain. We found some common things that moms want help with after baby like fat loss, to look a certain way, or get back into their exercise or activity they were doing before baby. Sometimes that can do more harm than good especially without guidance or a plan. So we wanted to create an episode to talk about those common mistakes we see with new moms and give you some tips to help you work through them. If you are a new mom or have older kids this episode is for you, tune in to learn some things that can help you on your recovery after baby and get confident in your body.
