Episode #80: A common weakness I see with moms with low back pain
Episode notes:
Today’s episode is inspired by conversations I am having in the office. People with low back pain come into the office and they tell me that they have been working on their core with no change. When I ask what they are doing for it it’s the same common exercises and when I ask them to show me we determine that they aren’t using proper bracing techniques to get the most out of their core exercises. Tune into this episode as we go over a common weakness and some ways to help.
What you will learn:
A common weakness
3 ways to help improve that weakness
Movements to help
Movements:
Diaphragmatic breathing in quadruped
