This episode is inspired by moms who have come into the office with painful C-section scars. They range anywhere from 5 months postpartum to 5 years. Postpartum is forever yall and your body has changed since you gave birth but your C-section shouldn't be painful or numb in the end. It may be common, but it's not normal and there are things that can be done. In this episode, I am going to dive into what exactly is a C-section, things to work on, and movements to help
