This episode is inspired by end of the year reflection. As we get closer to the end of the year I am wrapping up things looking at notes and data and I noticed some common trends that came across. It was these 3 areas of the body that tend to be most problem areas for patients in my office. I wanted to share those problem areas with yall, see if you can relate and take anything valuable to help you start working on that problem going into the new year.  This episode im going to talk about the top 3 common problems i’ve treated in our office the last month and my top tips to improve them.



Movements to help:

Prone banded glute activation 

Breathing with band

Scapular raises

T spine extension

SA push up
