Episode #84: 3 tips for new moms who are getting back into exercise
Episode notes:
Today’s episode is inspired by a conversation I had with a local fitness coach who specializes in women and hormone health. We were discussing some common mistakes that we see with moms when it comes to movement and exercise post-baby due to the plethora of information thrown around the internet. After that conversation, I chose 3 main tips that I wanted to share with new moms specifically from 0-6 months postpartum who are ready to move their bodies again but not sure how to start or what they should be doing. Tune in to this episode to learn those tips and some resources to help.
