Ep. 132 What is a Discovery Visit?
In this episode, we break down what a discovery visit is. A discovery visit is a 45-minute, in-depth session designed to assess your full-body movement, both on and off the table.
By examining how your body moves during everyday activities, specific exercises, and basic movements, we identify the true source of your discomfort—not just where you feel the pain.
We also share real-life examples, including a 62-year-old patient who feared surgery and injections after struggling with debilitating back pain.
Through her discovery visit, we uncovered that her back pain and thigh numbness were actually caused by long-term hip mobility issues. This clarity helped her avoid invasive procedures and gave her a clear path toward healing.
A discovery visit is more than just a session—it’s an opportunity to gain real answers, uncover the root cause of pain, and develop a targeted plan for long-term relief.
