Performance anxiety doesn't JUST apply to performers, we ALL can experience that nerve-wracking feeling, whether thats:

Going to a party where you don't know anyone . . .
Going into a difficult conversation . . .
All of those scenarios can elicit performance anxiety. And Alex is sharing some of her favourite tools, but not before sharing her own story of how the rug was pulled out from under her multiple times in her career, and how she navigated getting back on track, instead of staying in feelings of defeat.
