Hey friend - my name is Kyle Buchanan and although I talk nutrition and health for a living nowadays - whether through talks, videos, or as a resident contributor on Canada's "The Morning Show", it was NOT that long ago that I was an anxious, drunken, closeted, self-doubty wreck. Being a grown up is tough, and messy - where we’re confident one day and anxiety-ridden the next. I don't like faking it. I DO however, like getting it all out in the open, laughing about it, and then exploring a few tools that can help us feel better if (and only if) we are in the mood. So whether it’s solo episodes or honest conversations with spectacular guests -this show is the blend of revelations, self-help, knowledge and gay magic that NO one asked for, but everyone needs. And I'm so glad you're here.

Feeling Stuck? Why an Anxious Brain Feels FULL - and How to Clear It
If there’s one thing a lot of us are dealing with right now, it’s anxiety—and with so many tips and hacks out there, it’s hard to know where to start. But today, we’re exploring a simple concept that might take the air out of anxiety’s hold on you.
Because here’s the thing: an anxious brain is a full brain. When you’ve thought, worried, and overanalyzed so much that your mind feels like it’s at capacity, even the smallest thing—an email, a to-do, a spilled coffee—can send you into overwhelm.
So if you’ve ever felt stuck, scattered, or unable to think clearly, this episode is for you.
We’re Covering:
- How anxiety fills your brain and keeps you frozen in place
- Why clarity and anxiety don’t mix—and what actually creates clarity
- The surprising antidote to an overwhelmed mind (hint: it’s not more thinking)
- Why time isn’t always the most precious resource—space is
- Practical ways to create more mental and physical space daily
