I deal with dry eyes normally, but come allergy season theyre dry and itchy. HELP!
Itchy eyes are the worsttt. So three things to consider.

The first is really a standard come allergy season, and that is making sure you are hydrated. This is NUMBER one. Your body is  more likely to produce histamine in a dehydrated state. And water helps keep us lubricated.
The second thing - because Karen mentioned that she deals with dry eyes anyways - would be tacking stock of your omega 3 intake and increase where you can. Omega 3 can be a useful fat for dry eyes, and can help support tear production and reduce inflammation - and inflammation can add fuel to the fire when it comes to allergies. So it’s a bit of an indirect link to itchy eyes- but can help from a really foundational level.

And the last thing to consider are eye drops, which can be really useful. If you’re looking for a natural option these are homeopathic drops, this is Optique, and you just place a few drops in each eye, it’s a good option to keep on hand come allergy season.

I saw on tik tok that putting vaseline in your nose can help reduce allergy symptoms, is this true?

There is weight to this it’s kind of true. When you smear a little vaseline inside your nostrils, you create a bit of a physical barrier that can help trap pollen and allergens before they make it further in your system and cause symptoms like sneezing and itching. Now if you’re looking for a more natural route and want to avoid the petroleum-based products, you can swap in something that has a bees-waxe or coconut oil base, I got this from the health food store NOW this also has some menthol in it so it’ll clear you out.

Alex asked.. Lots of tips but i Underrated allergy tip?

An underrated tip for allergies would I think be exercise. We don’t always link the two when we're dealing with allergies but quirk bursts of exercise, even ten pushups or running on the spot - can help get your blood flowing and support circulation to help move the allergens out so they don’t stagnate. The adrenaline boost can also help. things don’t stagnant and support lymphatic drainage. Another great tool to consider to support your lymphatic system, which is a big part of your body’s drainage system - is rebdounding. So if everyone wants to pitch in at work and get a company minitrampoline, just a few minutes a day of that gentle bouncing can help clear out any stagnation - and it’s a form of exercise  - all of which will help come allergy season.

Okay just a quickie today but i did want to say HI to you rather than NOT. I hope you have a great week ahead, make sure you take care of yourself and i will see you real soon on feelgoodery.
