Hey friend - my name is Kyle Buchanan and although I talk nutrition and health for a living nowadays - whether through talks, videos, or as a resident contributor on Canada's "The Morning Show", it was NOT that long ago that I was an anxious, drunken, closeted, self-doubty wreck. Being a grown up is tough, and messy - where we’re confident one day and anxiety-ridden the next. I don't like faking it. I DO however, like getting it all out in the open, laughing about it, and then exploring a few tools that can help us feel better if (and only if) we are in the mood. So whether it’s solo episodes or honest conversations with spectacular guests -this show is the blend of revelations, self-help, knowledge and gay magic that NO one asked for, but everyone needs. And I'm so glad you're here.

Unpacking the Latest Wellness Trends - Anti-Aging Pills, Grounding Sheets, Mouth Taping & More!
In today's episode, we're going through the ads we see on social media that claim to fix your life and give each a breakdown.. .
We’re talking through some of the buzziest wellness products making the rounds online—from mouth taping to NAD IV drips—and I’m giving my honest, no-BS take on what’s worth trying, what still needs more research, and what might just be excessive marketing.
We’re covering:
- Grounding sheets: what they are, how they’re supposed to work, and why some people swear by them
- Sea moss
- NAD+ supplements and IVs: why they’re being called “anti-aging in a bottle” and what I’d try first instead
- Mouth taping for sleep: the pros, the cons, and how to test it safely
- Non-alcoholic calming drops: what’s actually in them and how to DIY your own for way cheaper
- The importance of not approaching wellness from a place of lack
- A feelgood thing inspired by a kind stranger and a little oxytocin boost
