Talk Fruit to Me - Otaheite (Jamaican) Apple)
In this episode, we’ll discuss the Otaheite Apple, Malay Apple, Water Apple or what is better known as the Jamaica Apple (in Jamaica). However, scientifically it is known as Syzygium malaccense (L).
This fruit is another of my favourites. So, when it is in season, I tend to consume as much as I can, especially as is (raw) or as a juice (I love it this way as it can be so refreshing, when chilled) 😊.
In this episode, I will discuss some benefits, its nutritional profile and some ways you can use or enjoy this apple.
