For this episode I’m joined by Spiritual Energy Healer, Richard Tierney, who discusses his 12-step program that enables anyone suffering from emotional trauma to break free of their past memories and experience release and relief.
Having come from past traumatic experiences himself, and loathe to endure that path for his lifetime, Richard was committed to finding a solution to such things as PTSD and depression, caused by his past trauma memory.
He learned, that these conditions cannot be successfully healed, because they are in fact states of mind. This is when he decided to move away from professional mental health support to pursue a spiritual solution that would heal the hole in his soul.
Key takeaways:
- Trusting others can be a significant step in healing.
- Children today are often robbed of their ability to express feelings.
- Finding a therapist who resonates with your personal experiences is crucial.
- Writing down your feelings can be a powerful release.
- Smiling can significantly improve your mood and outlook.
