Ashley is a Body Agency Coach & a Sexuality Coach; her professional background is as a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health. Ashley guides vulva owners on their very special journeys to claim their body agency. She also helps moms/influential vulva owners & daughters facilitate a mutually loving space through the child-teenager-adult transitions. Ashley believes that it takes a genuine understanding of our bodies to create the ability to experience a life with pleasure as an ordinary occurrence. 

Sara has been working in community health and wellness for the last decade. She has over 500 hours of yoga training and holds her certification in  Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) from the Center for Trauma and Embodiment in Boston, MA. She is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP)  and has a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) with the state of Colorado. For the past five years Sara has worked in crisis and trauma intervention, developed  programming for women & children in high conflict environments, and created women empowerment groups to break the cycle of trauma patterning.
