Through these combined experiences, he has learned that it is really incumbent upon each of us to take more responsibility for our own health. Regular exercise would be a great start, BUT data from the CDC indicates that less than 50% of Americans do so.
As a dynamic speaker, he shares insights, practical tips and the science behind the
benefits of incorporating more movement into your day by re-engineering your daily routines.
