On today's episode we discuss the common trait of forgetfulness. It may be when you are starting a new self-care practice and then somehow get to the end of the day you realise that you have forgetten to do what you said you would, or remembering all the parts of the moving wheel each day that can just feel overwhelming.
We totally get it and can relate, so we wanted to bring a closer awareness to why we forget, and offer you some tools and resources to help you be more organised with some simple effective ways to overcome forgetfulness.
