“You shouldn’t do that”

“You should eat this”

“You can’t eat that”

Ryan had had enough of it all.

He had had enough with youtubing fitness tips, meal plans and training programmes and getting nowhere.

He was fed up of training hard, following a plan for months a time,

And seeing no progress!

He’d look around in the gym and get p*ssed off that other people were making more progress on less effort and he didn’t know why.

Ryan went from being someone who would never even dream of wearing a vest to the gym,

To someone who 3 years later,

Had completed 2 photoshoots and smashed 2 shows,

Even picking up a regional whilst doing so!

He went from the shy guy in the gym, hiding his physique away.

To the man leading the pack and stepping on stage.

And as Ryan will tell you,

It wasn’t an overnight success,

And it didn’t come easily.

But once we figured out where he had been going wrong,

Once we put a plan in place for him that didn’t require,

👉🏻 Fasting

👉🏻 Cutting carbs

👉🏻 Doing endless fasted cardio

👉🏻 Or training 7 days a week

There was no stopping him!

And unlike a lot of others you’ll see but not hear about,

He never took anything ‘extra’ to do it.
