You Need To Sack Your PT!
We've got the pitchforks out this week,
And our target?
Your PT!
It's time to cut them loose and finally get the result you're paying them for!
We get so many people come to us saying,
They've had a PT for a few years but,
ππ» "The session's are more chat than train nowadays"
ππ» "They don't get much help around nutrition"
ππ» "They aren't kept accountable outside of those 3 hours a week in the gym"
So here's what we think,
There's 168 hours a week,
if you train 3 times a week and you're trying (and failing) to get lean,
Do you think it's because of what you're doing in those 3 hours in the gym,
Or what's happening in the other 165 hours in that week...
So maybe you need to know how to make those better then?
And we're going to tell you why online might be the thing you're missing and the thing you need!
Oh and Dave also shares a story all about one of the best diets he's ever come across,
'The cabbage diet'...
