If we’ve said it once we’ve said it a thousand times,

Progress is not just fat loss.


Fat loss is great, of course, it’s what most people want initially.


But time and time again we see people make the mistake of,


Killing themselves dieting for 6-8 weeks for the summer,


Then once they’re there they think,


“I look good now, I’m happy, I can go back to doing whatever I want”.


And then all that happens is 3-4 months later they’ve regained all the weight they initially lost,


Only to then repeat the same boring cycle to try lose it again.


Ever stuck on that endless wheel of pointless effort, some fat loss and more fat gain.


So why not, do things better!


We’re going to tell you EXACTLY what we do with our clients over the summer,


Once they’ve got into the shape they want to be in,


So that they can:


  1. Enjoy the summer and all the parties that come with it.
  2. MAINTAIN how good they look!
