They don’t train hard enough.
They get fat too quick.
Both of which we’ve done plenty by the way…
Building muscle and staying lean is TOUGH.

Allowing your weight to go up and to slowly add body fat is TOUGH.
And knowing you’re actually building muscle can feel nearly IMPOSSIBLE.
