The first plan is the worst
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
The first plan we write for every client is the worst.
It has to be because we're only just getting to know who we're working with and how they work and respond to a plan.
BUT we know even saying that,
It's still a better plan for our client than ANYTHING ELSE out there.
Because of HOW we write it.
Because of what information we get.
Because of how we get to know the clients,
Because of how we put the plan together and what we give our guys to focus on in their first few weeks.
Nutrition, training, everything.
It's made with one goal in mind...
Meet them where they're at, keep it simple and build from there ππ»
