I'm back after a few weeks off (school's out, life got loud, more on that in the episode) and diving into something I don't talk about enough: bingeing when things are actually going well. Most of the time we talk about turning to food during the hard stuff. But so many women binge right when life is good, and it's not random. I get into the psychology behind it, why success can feel unsafe, and why your brain might sabotage you just to bring you back to "baseline."
