大家好!歡迎黎到「健人港人話 Steven Talks」。今集我地會講解健身裝備-腰帶!我哋會探討呼吸過程對腹內壓嘅影響,並解釋呢個過程對於力量訓練嘅重要性。之後會討論戴腰帶對力量表現嘅影響同埋探討戴腰帶可唔可以降低運動傷害嘅風險。之後會講解戴腰帶會唔會影響腹肌嘅發力能力同埋會探討戴腰帶能唔能夠改變腰圍,並解釋影響腰圍嘅主要因素。我地一齊嚟揭曉呢啲疑問喇!
