大家好!歡迎黎到「健人港人話 Steven Talks」。今集我哋會深入講解全行程(Full Range of Motion)部分行程(Partial Range of Motion) 訓練。我哋會解釋這兩種訓練方法的定義同特點,並講解其在力量訓練中的應用。之後會討論全行程訓練對增肌嘅效果,並提供相關嘅科學證據。 跟住會比較部分行程嘅兩種訓練方式:伸長段(lengthened partial)和縮短段(shortened partial)。我地一齊嚟揭曉呢啲疑問喇!
