Welcome And Practice Overview

Welcome back to the podcast. If you are new here, I'm Ray. I'm a thematic coach and web work facilitator. And if you aren't new here, welcome back. I'm so glad that you are tuning in for today's episode. So for today's episode, I have a nice guided meditation practice all around safety in the present moment. And this practice has some operations in it. It has some grounding. And yeah, finding that place of safety and grounding for presence. So this is also a practice that you can find in the breathwork resource library, which you can get access to by signing up for the Somatic Healing newsletter in the show notes. It gives you access to about 15 to 20 uh breathwork meditations that I add to you throughout the year. So I hope that you find this practice helpful for you. I hope that you enjoy it. And also if you do do the practice and you do enjoy it, feel free to let me know because I am considering doing maybe like one of these practices every month and releasing one each month for the podcast. So thinking about doing that, let me know what you think. And yeah, I hope that you enjoy. I hope you have an incredible rest of your week, an incredible rest of your day. And I will talk to you soon. Before beginning to rest our eyes, I just want to invite you to look around the space that you are in. If you're indoors, noticing all the walls around you, and if you are outside, noticing nature. And allowing this awareness to bring a sense of safety, a sense of presence. You are here right now. And naturally allowing those eyes to close and taking three deep breaths here. So inhaling deeply through your nose, and exhaling through the mouth, inhaling deeply through the nose, and exhaling through the mouth, and taking one more deep breath just like that at your pace. And in creating that safety, calling all of your energy back into your space, your system, your body. And you can do that with your command, with your intention, bringing that energy back into your space. I am loved. I am safe. I am present, and I am loved, and taking a deep inhale here through the nose, filling up the system, and releasing through the mouth with a deep sigh. The support and the safety of the place that you are in right now. And Rumi says, your deepest presence is in every small contracting and expanding. And can you be with every contraction and every expansion in this moment, in this season of life, in this part of your day, in this part of your week.
