I sat down with Kane Tyler Smith, founder and CEO of Smartfix and Hypotential, and I have not stopped thinking about this conversation. Kane built one of Australia's largest residential multi-trade services companies from a single ute and $40,000 in year one. By 33, he was running a business turning over $30.7 million with 133 staff and a 4.7-star rating across 4,590 Google reviews.
And in early 2025, it almost took everything from him.
