Retreating 101 with Kate Lemay

In this episode, my friend and Artist of Conscious Evolution, Kate Lemay, shares what's inspired her life as an artist and her 25 year journey as a YMCA Camp Director and how she blends these worlds so beautifully through hosting yoga retreats based on her art's themes. After successfully launching the Dream Big and Enjoy the Journey tour in 2023, 2024's theme is Let Your Soul Shine and Enjoy the Journey  to which Kate has expanded her brand by recruiting her team to continue offering wellness retreats held at YMCA camps across the United States.

As an integral part of her personal development, Kate reflects on how retreats have helped her to be more healthy, loving and present with her loved ones, friends and staff.

Kate is the creator of The Art of Conscious Evolution card deck and journal, a jewelry line, original art and giclee prints, and a series of retreats held across the country all grounded in the wisdom of the chakras and the beauty and boldness of the power of words, themes, color and design.
