This is the True for You Podcast, a place where we show up for ourselves fully. I'm your host, Renee Cupples. Becoming a yoga teacher helped set me free from trying to always have everything figured out and surrender to what is again and again.

If you're looking for inspiration and direction in your life, look to yourself and what you love. I am here to serve as a mirror to remind you of how amazing you truly are. Let's begin.

Welcome back to the True for You podcast. It's your host, Renee Cupples. And I have the most magnificent delight of a guest for you today. It is Sue Bergman. Sue is someone I see that just lives her life with so much color and brightness. And she certainly brightens my day anytime I am in her presence. I think she's one of the best hype women I've ever had the experience to be in company with, and she is the co host of the Body Retreat in the Let Your Soul Shine and Enjoy the Journey Tour for 2024 of Kate Lemay's retreats.

She's co hosting with Heather McGuire, so we're going to highlight the Body Retreat and just what a wonderful soul Sue is. Thank you so much, Sue, for joining me.

Thank you! What a beautiful introduction!  My soul is all warm and fuzzy!

So Sue, do you want to give our audience a little bit more about your background? Just introduce yourself.

Oh my goodness. Okay. Shut me down whenever you need to.  My, my background as an adult is in the field of education and I worked in the traditional field of education for many, many years until I started asking for signs.  And the signs were, I just wanted that external validation to know that I was making the right decision when I decided to leave my comfortable school district job and take a leap of faith to start my own consulting business.

And just a sidebar real quick, I'll tell you the sign story real quick because it is insane.  Insane and connected.  I was flipping out. It was the last day we were supposed to sign our contracts at the district that I was working in. I was talking to my friends. I'm crying. I know, I know I am in every fiber of my being, I'm supposed to start doing this consulting work and professional development for educators. And  I said, I just have to go for a walk because I'm freaking out. So I go out for a walk and it's a very secluded road and I'm walking along and I said, please, please, you guys, and I call on my peeps, my peeps, can you please give me a sign?

Can you please give me a sign that I am, I am on the right track and I should leave and I should do this consulting business. In fact, you know what, give me a bunch of signs. Just give me a, please give me a bunch of signs and I'm walking along and all of a sudden I hear a vehicle.

Now again, it's a quiet road. I hear a vehicle come from behind me, in front of me. Are you ready? It was a sign truck full of signs.  Insane, right? And I burst out laughing and I started crying and I said, thank you and that was it. I turned around and I didn't sign my contract.  Is that wild? I just needed like the little bit of,  so, that was a big shift.

So I started doing professional development for teachers, which quickly turned into train the trainer for businesses because Every person in every business knows their content, but they might not know the best practices in education as far as strategies and how to help people process content, which then emerged and slowly transferred into personal growth, which I wove in a lot of mindset and started to dabble and tuck my spiritual pieces in there.

And now, mmm,  now.  It's time. I'm coming full out. I'm picking and choosing what I want to share with the schools that I am working with, but more than that, I am  embracing my superpower,  which I found out at Omega. Have you ever been to Omega?

No.

Oh, write that down. Omega in Reinhold, New York is a spiritual center where people go and have these incredible experiences.

So it's a retreat center, but people like, you know, Oprah and Ellen , they go there.  They weren't there when I was there, but I experienced an activity workshop where we discovered our superpower and I found out that mine is light. And at the time, I didn't even know what that was because I thought it was positive energy, but then my inner knowing knew that wasn't right.

And then it was light. And I literally Googled, what does light mean? What is the spiritual meaning of light? I mean, this is probably back in, I don't know, 2016.  And since then, I have been slowly emerging with periods of fast emerging out, to be more transparent about what I know, what I believe, what I've learned,  and this connection that I have to my spirit guides, which is guiding my way.

So, yeah, so I'm doing a lot of different kinds of things now. I am working, doing workshops and retreats, workshops at different spiritual centers and different locations and , like metaphysical metaphysical centers and things like that, where people are already interested in these kinds of topics. So, I am psyched to be here.

So, thank you for inviting me.

You're welcome. And how lucky they are, Sue, to just  be in your light and share energy with you.  Your energy is certainly contagious. And I love that you call, you dub yourself the Chief Inspiration Officer. It's so, it's so creative and awesome.

And you know, it's funny because my consulting business is, Learning is Contagious.

So you just said energy is contagious, but that's actually the name of my school business versus my spiritual business is a little different now.

Yeah.  Oh, it's so beautiful.  So, part of why we're here is to highlight that you're co hosting the Body retreat, and it's part of a series of retreats. This is the second year of Kate Lemay's retreat tour. And this is the Let Your Soul Shine and Enjoy the Journey tour this year. And the Body retreat is the sacral chakra. And I believe this is the fifth retreat. There's seven across the year. And what made you  jump on board and say yes to hosting this retreat?

Oh my gosh. I remember exactly.

I was sitting at this retreat last year in Maine and it was Saturday night and we had just had our guest presenter, speaker, and we were all, there was a group of us and we're just kind of chilling out and visiting and talking about things. And Kate came over and she shared,  she said, so  I just want to let you know, you know, if you're enjoying yourselves, if you're finding meaning, if you're, cause she's so good at that, you know, all of these, if, if, if, if, ifs, then I ask you to consider being the lead of this retreat next year and actually for the following five years after that.

And immediately, it was a yes. It was an immediate yes because I have over time come to know my immediate yeses. It's almost like a little lightning bolt goes through the top of my head and down my feet. And it's like, yep, Yep. I'm doing it. So I immediately, yeah, I don't even, I didn't even know what the theme was.

It didn't matter. I didn't know what my responsibilities would be. I just said, yep, I want it. I want in. And then Heather said me too. And then we went, so we were so excited to be able to create this or co create this  with each other and, what  to, to, I guess, back up that, that inner knowing knows that this is the space and place and energy that I want to be in and that I want to provide for people. I have known Kate, she and my sister went to high school together, so I've known her for a long time and  I'm drinking her tea, as they say, you know, it's like what she's bringing into the world, what she, what is coming through her is beautiful and marvelous and transformative and I want to be an official part of it.

And so that's that wasn't it was all in there when the lightning bolt went through  but that's why I said yes, I just, I want to provide this experience for people and myself because I always have lots to learn and uncover as well.

Yeah, and you've been a presenter at several of the retreats, I just remembered that you led Laughter Yoga last year at the Energy Retreat in Maine and this year at the Retreat is Body that you and Heather will be hosting and I had never done Laughter Yoga before and  I did improv in college, right? And so I should be comfortable with laughter yoga because I have done improv.

So I'm like, Oh, I can totally do this. But I was just noticing it brings up so much stuff to just try to laugh on cue and then it actually turns into real laughter. It was an amazing experience. And you're such a good leader. And I'm so excited to watch you and Heather shine because you guys, you both have incredible gifts and to be able to co-create together and, and you hold space for people so well.

So I'm really excited to be there and participate. So, thank you for saying yes cause I'm so excited.

Oh my gosh, absolutely. Yes. You know, it's that inner knowing and I'm not one in this realm to worry about it. To say, Oh, well, what did I just do and what I get myself into this realm?

I know everything's going to be fine. I, cause I'm not alone. I have a whole team. I have a collective that is helping to, you know, whenever I tap in, they're like, yep, we've got this. We're here for you. And, and whether people call that the universe or they call that God, or they call that whatever spirit guide, angels, I discovered mine  unintentionally at a class at Plymouth State University, which was awesome. PATH. Have you heard of the PATH Institute?

No, I love it.

So cool. So it's through PSU and it is all like alternative healing and transpersonal psychology. It's all spiritual courses and you can get a certification. And so at one point that's where I was heading for the certification.

And, we did some, what they called automatic writing and who is writing this and what is going on? And, and it turned into over time, just these beautiful messages of,  I say, it's like a spiritual Dr. SUEss, except it's Dr. Sue.  And, what comes through just always is loving and sometimes very sassy and kind. And, so as long as I trust that part of me, I'm good to go.  I don't get in my head about stuff.

Yeah, say yes and figure it out later.

Yeah, it'll be fine.

Yeah. And it can be so scary. I think I don't personally resonate as a planner, but I know for a lot of type A and planner personalities saying yes and figuring out they want to have it all figured out before saying yes.

I think it's sometimes the natural tendency, but having that room for spontaneity and play and trusting that it'll all work out,  even if it's something that you have planned for awhile and it kind of takes a different path that you weren't expecting, trusting that that maybe was the path that you were meant to take and really leaning into that. Cause sometimes, we were talking before, we got on here that, you know, sometimes the resistance is really showing you the way, and it's, it's not always the way you want to get there, but you do certainly learn a lot on the way.

True, because I think of resistance.  Certainly dark and light. We need both. We need both. And they're both equally important in our lives. And I think sometimes those times where we feel in that deep, dark hole, how am I ever going to get out of this? And like I had said to you earlier, I feel like a little kid and I'm having a tantrum and I know you're there and I know I can talk to you and ask you for help,  but I don't wanna.

Because as a human, I think we just need to feel those feelings and get ourselves to a place that  we acknowledge them and we allow them instead of stuffing them down. And then all of a sudden we've got this, you know, emotional jug of stuff that's sadness and madness and frustration and all this stuff.

And then one, somebody comes along and like pokes at us and shakes the jug and then like a two liter bottle and it just explodes instead of.  I think of like the deep, deep dark hole with all those emotions. Like we've got to have opportunities to empty out that jug so that it doesn't get to the top and explode when somebody shakes us up.

Because usually it's not the person, they don't deserve it. It's very innocent. Whatever the person says or does is yes, you were already there. You know, your emotions are already full.

Yeah, they just uncorked the bottle. No, I keep thinking that the mantra for body for the theme for the retreat is I feel and how much emotion lives in us and that, that trusting that knowing too, is also a physical representation in our body.

You often feel your yes, physically, you're seeing that lightning bolt. You can feel when something's a yes, and you can feel when you have resistance to something and just getting curious and trying not to judge the stuff that's coming up is a practice in and of itself, which  can be easier to do on a retreat when you're with other people that are kind of holding that space and participating in that with you and saying yes to something and really leaning into the experience.

But I think we can do it all the time, everywhere we go. And it's just looking for those opportunities to kind of notice what you're feeling, what's coming up and really loving on those feelings and not, I mean, I often get mad sometimes about the way that I'm feeling because it's not convenient for the situation, whatever situation that you're in.

But, are we always looking for convenience in our lives, or are we looking for the truth of who we are?

We're looking for both because society has helped to train our brains to look for convenience. I mean literally neurologically commercials, you know for those of us who are old enough to have to actually watch and suffer through all the commercials.

They've trained our body to take that break, but then also like, Oh, now I'm going to be entertained again. And now with social media and it's squirrel, squirrel, squirrel, squirrel, it's fast and it's convenient. And I can just, Oh, what's the answer to that? You know, what, when was the war of 1812?

Hold on. Let me just Google that. And Oh, it was in 1812. But you know, it's like, we can, we have convenience at our fingertips meals.  And, you know, having delivery,  having a microwave if you want one, Oh, and then just having knowledge, not that it's always right. But I think we do, we're on a balance beam with that and wanting to live our truth and who many of us feel like we truly are and who our soul knows us to be.

It is a balance beam and sure body brings up a lot of things, every possible emotion that I can think of because there are moments when we are just so thrilled that our body took us to this place and gave us this experience whether you're, you know, you're sitting and you're listening to our dear friend Lani's sound bath or whether you're, you know, in your yoga class and you're experiencing like the stretching and the feeling and the breathing or whether you're, you know you're out for a walk or whether you're eating delicious food or like everything that the body experiences, it's another balance beam thing where why doesn't it look like that and how come this aches and you know this doesn't work like I want it to and and you know why do I have an upset stomach and like all of the senses get right in there and become a part of it. So with this retreat we are digging deep into celebrating the body  in every way possible, pampering the body, because how many of us take the time to pamper ourselves?

And also using our intuition, our internal guidance system, as  a true guide to help us talk to our body. Because one of the things I say all the time, Heather's probably heard me say this 20 times, our body speaks to us, it just doesn't speak English. And so,  understanding when it's body to brain and when it's brain to body because there's messages going both ways all the time.

Actually this is some of the work I was doing last year in school where your kids are is helping them to understand the messages that our body is sending because you know kids and adults we understand oh I'm hungry or oh you know I don't feel so good I have an upset tummy or those kinds of things and we realize but we tend to ignore  some of the things that don't make sense.

Oh, and it always gets louder. Well, not always, but most of the time the signal gets louder.  Until you know, until you finally hear it. Yeah.

There's another experience.

If you don't want to listen, get ready for it to turn up the volume. Yeah.

Yup. So we've got an extraordinary lineup of workshop experiences.

We have, I cannot wait to meet her in person. I have zoomed with our speaker and presenter, and guru on Saturday night.  Molly, and she is, she is just phenomenal. I mean, just, I could feel her energy through the zoom  and, and then we have some choose your own adventure experiences lined up, but certainly people,  I know the retreat that you changed my whole perspective on, truly it was you.

And I think I messaged you this after I got home from the retreat last year, not this past June retreat. The one before Renee was, I was just in that. I was in a really, really funky place and I knew I wanted to go to the retreat, but I was limited until like how much energy I wanted to expend in the experience.

And I thought maybe I just wanted to sit by the lake and relax. And it's all good. We get to do whatever we want. But I remember,  I remember we were transitioning activities and I was turning to go out and head back to my cabin and just go sit at the lake. And our friend Lani said, Oh no, no, no, no, no, you can't go.

Sue, you got to stay right here. Renee is going to do something. It's going to rock your world and you just got to stay and trust me and trust me. And I said, okay. And I trust, I trust Lani.  And you did your Moana, what was the song?

It's called, We Know the Way.

You introduce that movement activity. And I just was crying.

Like I can think of it right now. I was leaking out of my face the whole time because I had all this emotion pent up and you helped me release it. And I was like, I do feel better. Afterwards, Lani, like I'm doing the whole fire, fire, fire. Right. And I'm like, rocket it. And Lani just laughs at me. And I looked at her afterwards and I said, Thank you.

Thank you for telling me to stay.  And thank you because it did  help me shift my energy and what I was dragging with me and some of it came out and it was awesome. So, so thank you for using your superpowers.

Oh, you're welcome. Yeah. Sometimes you need to move  your body to have the physical release that you need.

And sometimes you don't realize the emotional release that's going to come through in doing that. And I always say, find the thing that your body loves to do that  speaks to your heart because it can just be gentle walking. It can be gentle movement. And sometimes that's what you need to get out of your head and into your body.

And dance for me is one of those things that I feel like I'm having an emotional experience. It's not necessarily just that my body is moving. It's that I'm sharing energy with other people. And the rhythms that were put into creating it are somehow also moving through you. It's this weird out of body experiences for me too.  It's hard to explain it, but I think that you get it, speaks to a lot of people and having that emotional release sometimes as part of it, especially when you're stuck, it can really shake and move things up. And,  there's something about the frequency of the energy that it moves you into a higher vibrational frequency.

So yeah, it's so powerful. So  I'm so glad that I was able to help.

I still do it once in a while. I came home from the retreat. I showed it to my husband and my daughter. We did it a few times. I've done it at a couple of different schools. I've shared parts of it that I remembered, because the kids love it too, because they need it.

It was a blast. I'm so glad that that came through you. What a cool thing.

Well, something that I admire about you Sue is like you said, when you were in the field of education for so long and you had this transition to moving on to the next phase of your life.

Can you reflect on that ? Because I think that you beautifully show how you can constantly reinvent yourself. And keep growing, keep learning, keep evolving. And you don't always have to stay, even if you're in the same job forever, that's okay too. You can still do things creatively in your life and, and volunteer, whatever, you know, whoever you interact with, you can grow in those ways as well. So can you reflect on that a little bit? Cause something I really admire you for.

Oh, thank you. So one of the things that I do is I visualize. I visualize.  Because thoughts become things and so that power of visualization is huge and I,  I either sit or I walk or I'm driving or I'm in the shower or I'm putting on my makeup or whatever it is and I just  go there and I start to think about, Oh, you know, what, what can I do or what, how do I want to feel like that's the really the driving force is how do I want to feel in my life?

What kinds of  experiences do I want to feel in my life? And so, this power of visualization led me to teaching, vision board workshops. And, I mean,  and I mean this is, I don't know if you know this about me actually, Renee. So, the power of visualization and starting to teach vision board workshops led me to,  apply for a position on wellness cruises where I would be teaching vision board workshops and visualization on cruises.

I don't, did you know that? I don't know. Okay.

Yep.

And so, so I applied. I had to take the inspired action. It was, but it was one of those lightning moments. As soon as I heard about it, it was a lightning bolt. And I said,  Oh my gosh, I'm going to be on the cruise. And then my ego said, you are so cocky. What are you thinking?

Like, why, what? You know? And I thought, but my inner knowing is like, You're going to be on the cruise, and it was like this little inner battle. But I listened to my inner knowing, because I know that when I don't, things don't go well, and I took the inspired action, I applied, waited a long time for an interview, got one, waited a long time to hear if I got the position, and truly, being able to teach the vision board, and I taught laughter yoga on the cruises.

I taught this class called walk 15, which if you remember Leslie Sansone, she's still around. She does walking based movements. So fun. And when you were talking about the energy and the alignment of being in a group of people together, like we were at that retreat, it was the same way. I mean, there were like 100 to 200 people in my classes on the cruise.

And I was like, I just felt like I was absolutely, authentically being  who I was meant to be and it was just, and I would cry all the time and  my boss would come up and I'm like,  this is so awesome and she's like, Oh, Sue's crying again, everybody, you know, and like people would clap because I was just, I felt so in alignment with who  I was being, who I was supposed to be,  at least that's how it felt.

But that was the trusting your gut, power of visualization. So I was sharing this and I continue to teach.  I just did an admin retreat up in the northern part of the state.

And I did a workshop called what's your vision. And it helped them to get clear and specific on what they wanted their 24-25 school year to look like independently, and then as a team they all shared. So it was completely transparent. Now all of these administrators are able to bring their physical, let me just find one here, I've got one on the,  their physical vision board  looks something like this.

Obviously it's theirs, but.. and they'll be able to now bring it to their schools, their teams, and point out  what each thing  signifies. So people will have a visual and an auditory experience. And, I believe there's power in sharing where people didn't, some areas where people didn't realize they were in such alignment with each other can then come together.

Not just, not just hearing it. It's important to be able to see it. And then this Friday, I go up to a school up in Colebrook to be doing it with our whole staff with,  and it's, it is just so powerful. And I talk a lot about the why, you know, why is it so powerful and let's get clear and specific. And I give people guided visualizations to bring them through different areas and whatever resonates is what they end up focusing on.

And it just brings them so much joy and it brings me joy to see them  having these aha moments and it's been fabulous. So this is one area I'm leaning deeply into and also because honestly, it's, yes, it's spiritual, but, when you think of mindset, growth mindset, and fixed mindset, it's the same as manifesting and counter manifesting.

It's the same stinking thing. It's just different.  It's just different words.  At least that's what I've come to know for myself and I do share that. So I feel like visualizing your life is critical for kids, you know, kids in school. One school, I'm doing a whole year long visualize your life that's integrating all these different skills to help them because if you don't have a vision, you're going to stay where you are. And just allow whatever comes to come at you versus this acts like it's forward thinking, and it acts like a little map and then integrating the whole this is what I want to feel, do, be, have, and achieve, or something better.

And I've been really honing in on values and virtues too, because that's underneath it all, that's what it's really all about, you know, what's true for you,  right?  So yes, it can be about stuff, but more it's about feeling.  Yeah. So that's been a blast.

That's amazing, Sue.

One way to help. So the question I believe was to continue visualizing is just, is huge.

I highly recommend if people are in places where they're trying to reinvent themselves or just expand their comfort zone. Not even get outside their comfort zone, but just expand it a little bit.  Doing something like this  can help you really get clear and specific. And what we focus on is this idea of thoughts become things, you know, and every single thing, like the computer I'm on right now, somebody thought it up, designed it.

So really visualizing is designing the life that you want.

That's so powerful.

That's my biggest thing.

Yeah, and you could see in a workshop like that, how, because some of us are... learn in different ways you know some of us do visualize or can really see the vision and some people are more auditory, you know, some people need to get their hands dirty get physically

into the activity. And yeah, that interaction with other humans. And, it's interesting how in education, you know, personal development, the yoga world is like this as well. You have to do continued education as part of being a yoga instructor. And I think it should be required in every field and in every  walk of life, because that personal development and continuing to grow and adapt.

It really, I know that in the therapy world as well, cause they're helping people process so much. So it's just, I think it's one of those things that's so important for people to go through and experience.

So anybody who's,  leading stuff like that, like you to be able to provide that to people and, give them that map to go off of and be able to come home to themselves  and ground themselves in a way that gives them a little bit of structure and something to fall back on if they need it is really powerful.

Yeah. Like the grounding piece. So this acts really as an anchor because what typically happens and I'm going to use school as an example is, you know, people will have their vision. They'll create their vision board or they'll have their goals for the year. But then things get busy.  It starts off like, Whoa, it's September.

It's August, September. Whoa, everybody's on a high. And then there's like this, a dip in October. And then it's a rollercoaster from there because so many other things pull,  people's attention. And I'm sure it's like this in lots of other fields, which is why I've expanded the, what's your vision to anyone, any organization.

Any group, any organization, any business that has any amount of people, it could be three people, it could be 300 people to help them also get clear and specific and  have this grounding and have this anchor  that can guide us, because I agree with you, what  the lifelong learning part of it is what keeps us excited,  or at least most of us.

I know I'm always. Oh, what's that about? I want to learn that and I'll say, I'll sign up to teach workshops and I don't even fully some of the stuff I might not, you know, fully know all about it yet, but that's the exciting part is I'm going to get to fully know it as I am learning and creating what it's going to be.

And,  I love it. And like the body thing, like you said, leaving room and leaving space to see what shows up and do we take the exit? Do we take Canterbury off of 93? We were headed in this direction and this was the plan, but it just, we got led right into Canterbury and look what we discovered. Oh my gosh, it's Shaker Village, you know, and it can just lead you to so many cool places when you leave that little bit of space too.

Mm hmm.

That would be the other thing. is don't make it rigid, make it flexible. So when you're doing your dreaming and you're visualizing, and about 20, sidebar, I think it's 20 percent of people,  and I wouldn't fact check me on this because I heard it, but it's not a fact checked fact, but I think it's around 20 percent of people, struggle visualizing, struggle with the actual imagination process.

They can feel it. They can use the other senses to experience it. And that's why I think having the pictures already pre cut out. So people just go, Oh, you know, I want this, I want this purple ribbon, but I don't know why. And they don't need to know why. It'll reveal itself eventually, which is great.

Yeah. Helping guide them to the vision. Cause yeah, sometimes you have a reaction to a certain picture or word and you don't know why.

I say, just take it, just take it. And eventually you'll realize that,  and it might not be today. It might be, you know, a while from now. So,  so yeah, those are a couple of different suggestions that I would make  to make a shift or to spice things up if you're,  you know, you're keeping your career and your job if you have one and you want to explore some other areas or you're ready to make a move. I mean it took me  about  three to five years to actually take the leap of faith.  I had to get to the point where I felt so uncomfortable I felt like I was in a snail shell  and I said, I just can't do this anymore.

And it's not that I didn't love and appreciate what I was doing because I did.  It was just I know I needed to grow  and I felt small. And growing is about expansion  and not constriction, right? So if you're feeling, everybody, if you're feeling constricted, if you're feeling restricted,  then maybe it's time for some kind of growth in some way.

And that's exciting.

Oh, that's so awesome.  So Sue, if somebody wanted to book you, hire you for a workshop, for an intuitive reading, what's the best way, and I'll put it in the show notes as well for them to reach out to you and to get in touch with you?

Okay, I have a couple of different ways. So the first is my website is  learningiscontagious. com and you can book me for anything through there. So you can just click email and it can be for schools, for businesses, or for any kind of personal growth retreat, workshop, one on one, intuitive coaching,  spiritual mentor, anything. Yeah, that, I would say that's probably the easiest, but I'm also on social media.

So it's Sue Penny Bergman,  on Facebook and  Instagram. I'm working on getting better.  I spent so much time on Facebook that I'm just used to it, but I'm trying.

I know. It's so hard to reach out, right?

So many things, yeah.. So there's a lot of opportunities,  but those are a couple of the ways that you can absolutely reach out to me.

Yes. And if you just go, if you Google me, it'll pop right up. I'm in Tilton, New Hampshire. I think my phone number is right on Google. So with my business. Yeah. Yeah. Because we've got.  I have a series of workshops coming at the Bohemian.  Have you been there yet?

Oh my God. I spend hours and my daughter too. I just like the energy alone in there is so peaceful and the colors are  so beautiful and, oh, I really, I really, really love it.  It's so nice.

It appeals to every sense. So I started doing Oracle card readings on Tuesdays there just last week I started from 12 to three and I went live and I said I know there's all kinds of different shops like this and some appeal to people that, that are more like mysterious and mystical.

And this.  It still is, but it's the light and bright and the smell and the sounds and just being able to touch everything. And oh, it's just so good. So I have  a workshop. Can I share what the series is?

Absolutely.

Okay. So it's called Spiritual Joy Ride.  And I just read you the description, then I'll give you the topics, cause it starts, well, the first workshop is October 4th, but this goes all the way through February.  Spiritual Joy Ride. Get ready to shift gears and turbocharge your spiritual journey. Buckle up and join us for a spiritual ride that's anything but ordinary. Imagine cruising through your inner landscape with the top down, the wind in your hair, and your soul in the driver's seat. We're talking pit stops at meditation stations, detours through divine signs, and full speed adventures into the magic of your own mystical mojo. Get ready to laugh, learn, and leave your comfort zone in the rearview mirror. This is your invitation to ignite your spirit, trust your vibes, and discover just how powerful you truly are. Invite your friends, if you like, and let's hit the road. And so the first one we're going to kick it off with, it's not part of the series, but it's coming soon, is Visualize Your Life. So we're going to be doing the Ultimate Vision Boarding Experience, October 4th, which is a Friday night, which should be a blast.

And then, because I'm who I am and I do love a theme, I continued. So the series is Mapping Out Your Unique Spiritual Practice. And then fueling your spirit with crystals, revving up your intuition and trusting your vibes, detour ahead, interpreting divine signs, breaking for bliss at our meditation station and sound bath.

I'm doing that one with Lani. Cranking up the AC to chill out and experience total relaxation. Then we have a brand new visualize for the new year  in January and then we have a few more for more in January, February. Shifting your perspective to heal your life, navigating your soul superpower, check your mirror, your self love may be greater than it appears, and hitting the pedal to the spiritual metal and embracing your spiritual identity.

So I am so jazzed to be bringing these all to the Bohemian because it's just a beautiful space with good people and I just want to help. Guide people in  realizing and on  not even unlocking because it's there, but for me it was  waking up to what my power was, what my soul superpower was, which was light and everybody's got all different things and it's really awesome.

So, that's what I'm all about, because once you do that, that's what can be in the driver's seat, right, you know, or at least right next to you, maybe in the passenger's seat. You should drive, okay.  You should hold the wheel, but then, right?

It's like, it's like a Mary Poppins bag. You pop that bag open, you're pulling all those experiences out.

It's so, it's so amazing, Sue. Thank you so much for sharing your joy and your light with us. I feel like this is just like a brief glimpse into all how amazing you truly are. And I really appreciate you taking the time to be with us. I'll post everything you're the link to your website and your workshop series and about the body retreat coming up at the end of September in Winthrop, Maine, and the early bird deadline is September 13th, and you and Heather also have a workshop coming up at the end of August, so I'll post all the details about that in the show notes, but thank you again for joining me.

I appreciate the time and the opportunity.

Yes, you're so welcome.

All right, I love it.

Take care.
