Day 24 of a 49 features an OM Meditation. This 49 Day Meditation Series is based on the Art of Conscious Evolution Chakra deck by Kate Lemay. Today's theme is OM in the Throat, Fifth Chakra or Vishuddha. Kate's 49 paintings each honor a different chakra, 7 each for the 7 main energy centers. We will be moving from root to crown, and back down again, alternating for 7 weeks. I hope you enjoy the journey and are inspired by the paintings, themes and whimsy of the incredible artist, Kate Lemay.

Welcome to your Day 24 Meditation. Today's theme is OM. I'll be reading the description of Kate Le May's painting and chakra card, OM. This painting honors the word OM. Living in a sumptuous cerullean blue. Om or AUM is a sacred sound, the divine vibration of all that is. OM is that which cannot be known, the essence of all. Chanting OM creates source vibration. Chanting OM with others in a sea of OMs returns you to your essence. OM aligns your cells with the infinite. The mantra for this painting and card is OM.

Bring yourself into a position where your spine can be long. If you can, close your eyes. Begin to tune into your own vibration. Notice the breath moving in and out.

Draw your awareness to your throat space. You could imagine that sumptuous cerulean blue, ocean blue. And when you breathe through your throat, it can help ease your anxiety.

It can help you become more clear on how you want to express yourself.

And the seed sound of ohm allows us to connect to the divine, to all that is.

So if you'd like, you can imagine the sound of OM coming from the throat reverberating through the third eye, through the crown.

What might it feel like to connect to your truth and to all that is?

As you meditate on OM, you can whisper quietly, inwardly to yourself, the Mantra OM, and when you hear the sound of the singing bowl, you will know your meditation is complete.

(PAUSE TO REFLECT)

Bring yourself back to your body, back to this moment. Draw your hands to your heart center.

Honor all that is and all that you are. Namaste.
