Day 34 of a 49 features a Quantum Jump Meditation. This 49 Day Meditation Series is based on the Art of Conscious Evolution Chakra deck by Kate Lemay. Today's theme is Quantum Jump in the Third Eye, Sixth Chakra or Ajna. Kate's 49 paintings each honor a different chakra, 7 each for the 7 main energy centers. We will be moving from root to crown, and back down again, alternating for 7 weeks. I hope you enjoy the journey and are inspired by the paintings, themes and whimsy of the incredible artist, Kate Lemay.

Welcome to your Day 34 Meditation. Today's theme is Quantum Jump. I'll be reading the description of Kate Lemay's painting and chakra card, Quantum Jump. This painting honors Dr. Amit Goswami, a Quantum Activist.

As electrons move from one field to another, they disappear and then reappear. Where do they go in the jump?

Ask the right questions, revere the gap, and let energy do its work. The mantra for this painting and card is I ask and allow, confident in the gap.

Find a place where you can maintain a nice long spine. Close your eyes if you can. Allow the body and the breath to begin to settle. Notice how it's feeling in this moment.

If you'd like, you could bring your awareness to the center of your eyebrows, your third eye, where your intuition and inner vision resides. The color is indigo. And this is the space and the place where the idea of a quantum jump resides in the body.

Vision is a powerful tool, and one thing you can do in order to visualize and access the theory of quantum jump in your real life is to visualize something as if it's already happened. The body doesn't know the difference. So the body often responds to thoughts as if they are reality.

So how do you visualize the reality that you want to create? You envision as if it's already created. You feel that completion, that creation, and you feel what it's like present in the body. You feel your emotions, the sensations in your body as if it's the present moment.

As you meditate on quantum jump, you can whisper quietly, inwardly to yourself. The mantra I ask and allow confident in the gap. And when you hear the sound of the singing bowl, you will know your meditation is complete.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Bring your hands to your heart center.

Namaste.
