Day 41 of a 49 features a Titration Meditation. This 49 Day Meditation Series is based on the Art of Conscious Evolution Chakra deck by Kate Lemay. Today's theme is Titration in the Sacral, Second Chakra or Svadhisthana. Kate's 49 paintings each honor a different chakra, 7 each for the 7 main energy centers. We will be moving from root to crown, and back down again, alternating for 7 weeks. I hope you enjoy the journey and are inspired by the paintings, themes and whimsy of the incredible artist, Kate Lemay.

Welcome to your Day 41 Meditation. Today's theme is Titration. I'll be reading the description of Kate Lemay's painting and chakra card, Titration.

In chemistry, titration is the process of slowly introducing one substance to another. When chemicals are especially reactive, it is critical to titrate, to blend without destructive results.

Foster life's healing through titration. Instill small habits and shifts of awareness to allow permanent change within you. The mantra for this painting and card is I heal, slow and steady.

Find a place where you can maintain a nice long spine. If you can, close your eyes.

Notice the breath moving in and out of the body. On your next inhale, welcome it, invite it in. And as you exhale, let it go, release.

You can continue receiving on the inhale, releasing on the exhale, and maybe one energy speaks to you more than the other. Maybe they're about even.

Bring your awareness to just below the belly button. This is our sacral area, second chakra, the color is orange.

Sometimes it feels good not to rush, to allow things to be in their natural state, in flow.

Whether you're introducing something new in your life, trying something new, or trying to let go, lean into that energy of slow and steady, one step at a time, bits and pieces.

To rebuild, you don't always have to destroy.

As you meditate on titration, you can whisper quietly, inwardly to yourself, the mantra, I heal, slow and steady, and when you hear the sound of the singing bowl, you will know your meditation is complete.

(PAUSE TO REFLECT)

Bring your awareness back to your body. If you can draw your hands to your heart center. Namaste.
