The Power in Our Pain
What is you could stop numbing, running and over compensating for the pain we carry? What if you could listen and learn from not only your pain but the pain of others?
The Power in Our Pain - is a safe and supportive container to listen, connect and heal pain. We carry so much pain and our pain carries so much knowledge. It's time to slow down and listen, really listen. If you aren't feeling brave then listen hear to others bravery, vulnerability and honesty as they find the power in their pain - you can too!
As a single mother of three, pain is a regular part of my parenting, whether it's my own pain, my kids or pain or friends and family; we are in a constant place of recognizing, recovering and reevaluating our relationship to pain. Parenting is the most triggering occupation out there. You are not alone and you don't have to pretend to feel good anymore!
Listen now to start living and feeling - more openly, honestly and free!

Big change brings big confusion but this can also be a time to lean into the truth of groundlessness. This first lesson in Buddhism teaches us how to find peace and love within ourselves. How do we overcome the feelings of loss, grief, fear, anger, overwhelm and confusion?
It is normal to want life to be predictable and controlled. We like to find comfort in knowing. What do we do in times that throw all our knowing out the window? Can you lean into the discomfort of not-knowing? Come home to the truth of not-knowing and the love with yourself.
