The Power in Our Pain - is a safe and supportive container to listen, connect and heal pain. We carry so much pain and our pain carries so much knowledge. It's time to slow down and listen, really listen. If you aren't feeling brave then listen hear to others bravery, vulnerability and honesty as they find the power in their pain - you can too!
As a single mother of three, pain is a regular part of my parenting, whether it's my own pain, my kids or pain or friends and family; we are in a constant place of recognizing, recovering and reevaluating our relationship to pain. Parenting is the most triggering occupation out there. You are not alone and you don't have to pretend to feel good anymore!

The 4 F's : Fight, Flight, Freeze & Fawn
Are you easily triggered, nervous, anxious, afraid to speak out and overly pleasing to others? These behavior could be a sign that you are operating in your sympathetic nervous system; aka fight, fight flight freeze and fawn / appease.
Most of of us think of the parasympathetic and sympathetic response as an extreme reaction to a threat or perceived threat but this nervous system state can be going on under the surface in everyday regular activities.
Living constantly in the 4F's could be the reason that you have difficulty connecting, creating, loving and living. This podcast is a quick introduction into what these look like in everyday life and how to reclaim your right to live in rest, digest and enjoy.
