It's time to slow down and listen, really listen. If you aren't feeling brave then listen hear to others bravery, vulnerability and honesty as they find the power in their pain - you can too!
As a single mother of three, pain is a regular part of my parenting, whether it's my own pain, my kids or pain or friends and family; we are in a constant place of recognizing, recovering and reevaluating our relationship to pain. Parenting is the most triggering occupation out there. You are not alone and you don't have to pretend to feel good anymore!

Our world is full of rushing, doing and planning the next thing. We have lost our rituals of silence and rest. Spending 7 days in silence is a favorite experience in my life.
Silence can bring us home to the truth of our reality with clarity and swiftness that can surprise. Being in silence can feel scary and intimidating but I assure you, silence is a much more natural state than we might remember.
I hope you find some encouragement to add a little silence into your own life and maybe even encourage others to do the same.
